Are your BARLEY products safe for pregnant and lactating women, children, and older adults?
Yes. Our JC Organic Barley is sourced from carefully selected natural organic barley grass and contains no artificial additives, preservatives, or harmful chemicals. It is generally safe for pregnant and lactating women, children, and older adults when consumed as part of a balanced diet.

Most of our products are safe for individuals with seafood allergies.
Exceptions:
Marine Collagen Barley, Omnifit, and Glutafit capsules contain chitosan derived from North Atlantic shrimp and are not recommended for individuals with seafood allergies.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Currently, we only accept one payment method per order.
What currencies do you accept?
All payments on JC Kiosk UAE are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for several reasons:

- Card expired or not activated for online transactions
- Bank restrictions on international transactions

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What items can I return or exchange?
Only unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
What if my product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
Can I exchange an item for another product?
Yes! Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.
Who pays for shipping when returning or exchanging items?
Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the return/exchange is due to our error.

How long does it take to get a refund?
