HOW TO USE

  1. Wash your hands before use.
  2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
  3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip.
  4. Place the pad firmly onto the center of your underwear, adhesive side down.
  5. Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press securely underneath.
  6. Change the pad every 4 hours, or as needed.
  7. Wash your hands after changing.
